mY pLaNs OvEr tHe HoLiDaYs....

This winter break i plan to just relax and keep my mind of of school and the semester exams that follow after the break. I am also going to work canvassing. I will be with another group of youth, and we will be sleeping at my church which is located right in front of the love field airport. I am really excited and anxious, beause it is going to be a great opportunity for me to interact with people around my age group and get to interact with people i don't know.

SR YEAR

I still can't believe i am about to graduate!!!!!....I have to say this has been the fastest year out of all my other past ones. I am so excited to go off to college, but yet so scared, because i know that college is NOTHING like high school. I will have to meet new people and say goodbye to current friends. All I know is that God is in control and I am happy to know that, because i know that he will lead me throughout all my decisions i need to make. I am happy to say UNT here i come. (or so i think that is where i am going to go.) God will say.

OvEr tHe BrEaK....

Over the break I spent my time with family. I got to eat A LOT and to sleep. I had a big thanksgiving feast and got stuffed like a LOT. I got time to do just nothing and relax and watch T.V. I got to watch twilight and see EDWARD who is so hot!!!!....I also got to sleep over at my cousins house and go to some conferences in Garland that were taken about by the pastor Bullon. Overall i had a lot of fun, i do have to admit though that i wasn't ready to come back this morning, but i am glad in a way. and that was my thansgiving break.

i aM tHaNkfuL 4....

I am thankful for my family. I know that i can always count on them no matter what and know that they will be always there for me through the rough times and the good as well. I don't know what i would do without them. They are the ones that have taken care of me through all these years. They have provided me with both my needs and my wants and i couldn't ask for anything else. We should be thankful for those that love us dearly, for we can never take those people for granted because we don't know when they might not be with us again, or if we'll wake up to a new day.

mOsT iMpOrTaNt tHiNg iN tHe WoRlD....

The most important thing to me is happiness. Happiness is the one thing that you have to find for yourself and nobody can find it for you. You have to seek for it until you find it and keep it forever. Once you are happy nothing can take it away from you no matter how hard they try because its yours to keep.

tHe eLeCtIoN....

I believe that this election is going to be one to remember. If Obama wins then he will make history, he will be the first african american to become president marking the United States for life. I believe that whoever wins should really do and accomplish what they have been proposing, because most of the time they just say to persuade the people to vote for them, but never end up doing what they actually mean. That is all i have to say for the timebeing.

I feel that my current experience could benifit towards the companies

I believe that i would stay as long as my services are needed and be able to become one with the company and its employers/employees.

#3 Why haven't you obtained a job so far?
Because i have currently been focused on my school work and trying to raise my GPA as high as possible without having a hassle of time, but i have been analyzing my time and i believe that i can now manage a job for the time being.

#4 What did you earn at your las job?
I earned the experience that i now currently have to be able to apply to here where i am now, and other jobs as well, and to gain recommendations.

#5 Can you work under pressure?
I believe that i can to the most of my ability, giving all i have to be able to accomplish the job as efficient as possible

#6 How do you rate yourself as a professional?
I would have to say very, for i know my limits and where i can and can't do things, i know how to play when its play time and keep things serious when its time to be so therefore balancing out what makes up me.

#7 Do you generally speak to people before they speak to you?
I would have to say it depends on the occassion, for example in the business world many times consumers have questions they usually need to be asked if they need help rather then them have to go up to the employee, but yet there are those times, while dealing with employers that we have to know when to speak and when to keep shut.

#8 what business character and credit references can you give us?
I believe that i am a responsible, social and outgoing individual that is willing to learn and attend consumers, and i also have current experience at the Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas in various departments.

#9 How do you perceive your role in interacting with other department members?
I believe that i am an easy person for people to get along with and i am willing to put aside my differences from those that surround me to be able to do my job as most efficient and best of my abilities to be able to give complete satisfaction as an employee.

I believe my boss is an instructor to me trying to make the best desicions of his ability to be able for us as employees to take about the best job possible in the best way. I think of him as a guide that will help me improve my skills and my work experience,

Who says we are going to college?j/k Actually for me college is right around the corner. This year is beginning and soon going to get to its end and i will soon have to start applying for schools and scholarships and all that good stuff before its too late.I plan to go to UNT God willing and major in business i am not quite sure what area, but either hospitality or marketing. I am really excited and scared at the same time. But with God's help it will all go well. I am going to miss all my friends, but i am going to be sure to stay in touch.

I dReAm?

Sometimes I dream that i live in my own little world full of rainbows and butterflies....haha...and all the people are ponies and they eat rainbows and poop butterflies.[Horton hears a who] I dream of a things that aren't possible in real life and just let my imagination wander off and take me to unknown places where no one will ever know but me. I dream of randomness and uniqueness, what is simply me.

I aM aFrAiD...

I am afraid of growing up, getting older. It was once what i longed for, but now it has turned into my greatest fear. Going off to college, working, and gaining responsibilities was something i knew would come, but yet somehow didn't grasp it. And now all of a sudden its like BOOM welcome to reality and its not really how i had visioned it. Now that i am growing older come more privileges and more responsibilities, now i only hope i can live up to those expectations of the ones that surround me and be able to reach my goals by overcoming those obstacles that are to come.

The food bank experience was great. I enjoyed knowing that i could help out small kids in our near DFW areas. I enjoyed the fact that we were working the whole time and didn't even feel the time go by. I thought it was nice having gone out to eat afterwards as well. Even though we did get in trouble, Edgar, Amilcar and I. But it was fun. I hope we are able to go on more field trips this year than last year, and i am able to enjoy it to my fullest, for this is my last high school year.

hobby

My favorite hobby is SHOPPING!!!!I really enjoy going to the mall. I love buying new clothes even if i don't have anything to match it to begin with. I eventually find something to match it and then finally end up wearing it. I don't really look for anything in specific, but when i find something that i like, it is then i buy it.

GoAls

My goals for this year are primarily to pass all my classes in order for me to graduate. I also want to get a job that is well paid. I also want to get closer to my family. I want to be able to be eligible for scholarships and be able to acquire them. I also want to start saving for my future car and my college fees. These are some of my goals for this year or at least all the ones I can remember.

sUmMeR ♥ "08"

This past summer I had a blast! I had my sweet 16 in company of my family and friends. I had a really big, humongous cake. There was music and food, and more food and lots of people. Afterwards I had an after party at my house. We were up till 5 in the morning of the next day. It was awesome! Not only did I have my sweet 16, but my little sister turned 5, and she had a party as well. I also worked on my 100 hours of community service. It was a pain, but it was easy and worth knowing I will get recognized for it when I graduate. That pretty much sums up the most important parts of my summer, other than other small parties and reunions, but its been the best summer yet.
